Reservation history P2
The last tab in a reservation is directly linked to the User Activity module. Here you’ll find all records of edits and changes made to the currently open reservation, such as:
- Changes to reservation parameters — changes to the dates, room, number of guests, etc.
- Changes to the reservation folio — adding, editing, or deleting items
- Changes to payment status — actions related to documents and payments assigned to this reservation
- Basic information about communication with the guest — automatically or manually sent email messages will be displayed here, including basic details. If you need more detailed information about communication with the guest, you can find it in one of the previous “Communication” tabs, where messages are listed with all details.
Using this tab, you can easily “trace” the origin of changes to a specific reservation, as each record shows the user who made the change.
For most entries, you can click on “+” at the start of the row to view more specific information about the change.
