How do I log in to Previo and what should I do if I forget my password?
Logging in
- Log in at the https://pms.previo.app/ website
- In the “email” field, enter your email address, which is your unique username entered at the time of registering the hotel.
- Enter the password and click on “Log in”.
Tips if something is not working right
- If you do not know your password, enter your email address in the “email” field and click on the “I forgot my password” link (or click here). An email will be sent to the entered email address; all you have to do is click on the link in the email and the system will log you in automatically. Place your cursor over your username in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu will appear, where one of the options is “Change password”. You simply enter the new password twice and save.
- If you are not sure about the username (email), try a few different email and password combinations.
- If Previo reports “Cookies are not enabled in your browser. It is not possible to log in”, first enable cookies in your browser.
- Does it seem that everything is right, but the system still does not want to log you in? Try restarting the computer, try logging in from a different computer or try using a different internet browser (we recommend the newest versions of Google Chrome), and if even that does not help, please call us.
