To set the visitor tax, go to the „Listings“ section of Airbnb and open the specific listing you want to set the tax for.

In the Listing Editor, go to the „Edit preferences“ section, where you will find the Taxes subsection and then select the Add tax option.

In the Tax settings, select one of the tax types, for example: transient occupancy tax, hotel tax or tourist tax.

All of these types are paired with our Previo visitor tax if they are set per guest and night.

If you configure the tax in Airbnb, it will be charged separately on top of the accommodation price.

The booking will be imported into Previo as fully paid, covering both the accommodation and visitor tax, with both items assigned to the room account under the owner. In this case, Alfred will not request any additional payment from the guest.
