Reservation with Service (Meals)

A reservation has been received through Previo, and the room price is 220 EUR, which includes breakfast.

However, the reservation in Previo was saved with a total price (Balance) of 200 EUR.

As you can see, the Meal item does appear on the room account, but only because the portal sent us the information that breakfast is included in the price of the reservation, whereas in Previo it is set at €10/person/night.

However, in reality, the breakfast price is not correctly reflected in the reservation, and therefore the total price of the accommodation services has to be adjusted – in this case to EUR 196.
