Closing Rate Plans/ Non-refundable rate


To offer accommodation on Hotely.cz under non-refundable conditions, you must create a new rate plan on the Hotely.cz side. This rate plan will then be linked to the corresponding rate plan in Previo.

As long as the availability of the non-refundable rate remains the same (i.e., you do not close it or restrict availability only to non-refundable rates for certain periods), the data transfer will work smoothly.

However, if you want to offer only flexible rates or only non-refundable rates during specific periods, the data transfer will not work correctly from Previo to Hotely.cz.

This issue arises because Hotely.cz cannot process the Stop Sell (room status) restriction.

  • Closing a room status = Previo sends 0 available rooms to the Hotely.cz calendar.
  • Room status does not close the rate plan, but the entire room.
  • You cannot configure a sale for non-refundable conditions only through Previo.

How can the situation be resolved?

In the Extranet Hotely.cz you can manually set the validity of a specific rate plan in the section Rate plans and packages → Validity of rate plans and packages.

This way you can determine which price should be offered in a given period. For example, it is possible to set that the flexible option will not be available during a certain period and only the non-refundable option will be offered on Hotely.cz.

Channel manager has no influence on this setting – i.e. manual adjustment of the validity of rate plans in the extranet will not be overwritten by data from Previo.

The flexible price option (Rate ID 102699) is manually deactivated on a specific date, leaving only the non-refundable price in the Hotely.cz offer.

This setup can be applied not just for non-refundable rates, but also for special offers or other price variants where you need to define availability during specific periods.
