Switch to Previo Channel Manager


This guide is for disconnecting an existing channel manager, such as Yield Planet, and then switching to a new channel manager directly from Previo.

When connecting to the Previo Channel Manager, please follow these steps bellow.

First sign in to Booking.com extranet, choose Account section and select Connectivity provider setting:

Then click on “switch provider” button on the right side:

Search for Previo channel manager and confirm your selection:

In the final step, tick the Extranet Access and click on button Connect. Extranet Access helps us in solving potential issues and discrepancies more efficiently.

And you are done! Next please let us know (via phone or email) that you have finished the switching process in Booking.com administration and we will let you know about further re-connection process.

ATTENTION! Once the XML link is established, we will be able to download rooms and rate plans from Booking.com and proceed with mapping. However, at this stage, the connection will still operate through your current provider.

Once everything is set up and we have agreed on the activation, we must confirm the connection from our side. Only after this final step will the connection via Previo be fully functional.
