Basic Information
As part of the integration, data from multiple Previo pricelists can be transferred to Booking.com. This is especially useful if you wish to offer your accommodation with varying cancellation policies, meal options, or discounts/surcharges based on the length of stay.
To enable data transfer from the Previo pricelist to Booking.com, it is always necessary to create rate plan on the partner’s side for linking.
We will create a new rate plan in the extranet under the section Rates & Availability – Rate Plans:
Next, select Add new rate plan:
Next, you can set the cancellation policies for the new rate plan. You can either select from the existing policies or define new ones in the Property – Policies section. These policies will apply to bookings made through Booking.com.
You will then proceed with configuring the parameters of the new rate plan.
Since this rate plan will be linked to the Previo channel manager and will receive data directly from the Previo pricelist, there is no need to set restrictions such as the minimum length of stay or similar parameters.
The key is to set the rate plan as a new rate plan. Only when configured this way will Booking.com accept data from the channel manager.
